Job Summary: To make the bread dough’s, form, and bake them.

Responsibilities:

  • To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • To ensure foods are stored and served at proper temperatures.
  • To monitor presentation of all foods served to hotel guests and ensure that appearance and quality
  • are consistently maintained.
  • To maintain an adequate supply of all provisions in the kitchen and establish programs that
  • minimizes waste and pilferage. To make all bread products used in all hotel outlets.
  • Report all needed equipment repairs.
  • To practice safe work habits at all times, to avoid injury to self and others.
  • To promote and comply with all policies and procedures.
  • To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment at all times.
  • To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
  • To perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop).
  • Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to navigate the resort’s expansive property as applicable
