Job Summary: To make the bread dough’s, form, and bake them.
Responsibilities:
- To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- To ensure foods are stored and served at proper temperatures.
- To monitor presentation of all foods served to hotel guests and ensure that appearance and quality
- are consistently maintained.
- To maintain an adequate supply of all provisions in the kitchen and establish programs that
- minimizes waste and pilferage. To make all bread products used in all hotel outlets.
- Report all needed equipment repairs.
- To practice safe work habits at all times, to avoid injury to self and others.
- To promote and comply with all policies and procedures.
- To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment at all times.
- To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
- To perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop).
- Team player mentality and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Ability to navigate the resort’s expansive property as applicable
