Job Summary 

 Support the Banquet Manager in leading the banquet team to execute seamless events with precision and excellence, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with clients to understand event needs and expectations.

 • Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring adherence to resort standards. 

 • Provide leadership and support to the banquet team, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality. 

 • Collaborate with the culinary, sales, and operations teams to deliver well-coordinated events. 

 • Monitor banquet operations, including staffing, inventory, and logistics, to optimize efficiency and guest experience. 

 • Assist in managing budgets and labor costs to maintain profitability. 

 • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banquet or event leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.

 • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

 • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

 • Familiarity with property or outlet-specific needs (e.g., Boonfly, FARM, Hilltop). 

 • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high standards.


Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

• Ability to navigate the resort’s expansive property as applicable.
